Day 3: Ga Hap Voi Nuoc Mam Gung (Vietnamese Steamed Chicken with Ginger Fish Sauce)

I know. I know. Despite numerous requests, I still haven't released the family's secret com ga Hai Nam (Hainanese Chicken Rice) recipe. This steamed chicken with Nuoc Mam Gung (Vietnamese Ginger Fish Sauce) was my quickie dinner and recipe compromise. ;)
