The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens (Rose Garden) (Spring) - San Marino

The Rose Garden at The Huntington Library, Art Collections, and Botanical Gardens in San Marino. Unfortunately, both of us forgot to charge our camera batteries. So we had to try to sneak in a few quick photos, let the battery recharge, take another photo. I'll have to come back to get more photos some day.

This is the tea room, but afternoon tea costs $25! The wobbly photo is because my camera battery literally died after this shot.

We managed to eek out one more photo with HH's camera. Look at those foxgloves. And the columns and the entrance in the background goes toward the greenhouse and then Chinese Garden.

In case you missed it, the day started at the Chinese Garden, then Japanese Garden, then here.

Other garden pictures may be found in Gardening Updates and other things to do in Explore SoCal.

  2. My parents used to take me to the Huntington Library when I was young. I have been wanting to visit the last few years.

  3. Ivy,
Haha! But SoCal doesn't have four seasons. :P

    Esi,
Admission is so expensive now! I'll have to try to go again during a free day.
