You'll need:
1 head cauliflower, sectioned
4 strips bacon, chopped
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tblsp white balsamic vinegar or rice vinegar

Mmm. Cauliflower. Cut off brown spots and then into 2-inch sections.
