Ti Couz - San Francisco (Mission)

After dinner at Burma Superstar Restaurant, I suggested Ti Couz in the Mission for dessert.

I was recommended this restaurant waaaay back when I still lived up in the Bay Area and it was my go-to spot for dessert when I had guests.

For one specific reason -- flambed crepes.

I've tried their savory crepes, soups, and salads, but much prefer the dessert crepes.

A plain crepe starts at $3 and more with add-ons such as $2.50 for ice cream, sorbet, or gelato and $2.50 for Grand Marnier, apple brandy, or rum.

I think we ordered a banana and a coconut crepe - both flambed and ala mode, of course.

You'll have to forgive me for the poor photography. I had only had my camera for a few weeks at that point and hadn't figured out how to work it properly yet.

Still, you get the general idea of why Ti Couz is such a fun experience.

All Northern California posts can be found with the tag, Series: NorCal, but I suggest reading this particular trip in this order:
San Francisco - Oakland Bay Bridge
La Boulange Cafe & Bakery - San Francisco (Cow Hollow)
The Wok Shop - San Francisco (Chinatown)
Burma Superstar Restaurant - San Francisco (Inner Richmond)
Ti Couz - San Francisco (Mission)
Behind the Scenes: Jamba Juice Headquarters - Emeryville

Thanks again to Neighbor Agency, which handles PR for Jamba Juice, for sponsoring my trip to San Francisco. They paid for my plane fare, and pick up and drop off from Jamba Juice headquarters. All other excursions were mine and paid for by me.
