Lil' Sis' Pumpkin Marbled Cheesecake

Lil' sis doesn't cook very often when she comes home.

"Do you really want to eat my cooking?" she says.

Sure! Why not? Especially if she makes pumpkin marbled cheesecakes. :)

Adapted from Allrecipes.com Philadelphia Pumpkin Swirl Cheesecake

For an 8-inch cheesecake, you'll need:
Packaged graham cracker pie crust
2 8-oz packages cream cheese
3/4 cup sugar, divided in 1/2 and 1/4 cups
3 eggs
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

Beat 2 packages cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 tsp vanilla until smooth. Add in one egg at a time.

Reserve 1 cup of the batter for the marbling layer. Add in 1 cup pumpkin puree. Pour the pumpkin batter into a graham cracker crust, or make your own per my pie crust recipe.

Spoon lumps of plain batter on top and use a knife to slice through for marbling effect.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Wait until completely cool and then refrigerate.

Easy peasy! (Those are lil' sis' words. :P )
