Funnel Cake

Lil' sis made funnel cakes months and months ago. I just never got around to posting about it. And since it's lil' sis week...

You'll have to ask her where she got the recipe. Or at least give her compliments. She's so proud that she cooked something without my assistance. :)

  1. it looks so dark=burnt.

  2. This looks delicious! WC's lil' sis -- reciple, please!

  3. You can't tease us with pictures and no recipe! HAHA. Actually, I believe Alton Brown had a recipe for this on his "choux shines" show.

  4. i love funnel cake. good job lil sis!

  5. I love how lil sis used that cute little creamer dish for pouring her batter.

  6. t,
Just the photos. The version she made for me was perfect.

Lil' sis asked my cousin to dig it up. I'll post it when I get it.

Apparently this came from my cousin's home ec class long ago. :)

I'm sure lil' sis will be happy to hear that. She loves compliments!

Lil' sis liked hearing that! Makes her feel all clever. ;)

  7. thanks everyone! the recipe will definitely be posted up soon so keep on coming back to the blog!...not that you dont already right? :)

  8. u know, I haven't tried this before. I wonder how it taste like?

  9. Lil' sis,
