I bought it, mixed the sauce and had it with shredded papaya, basil and Vietnamese style beef jerky (sweet & spicy). It tasted perfectly - as I remembered it...in Vietnam.<br /><br />The soy sauce brand name is Bo Da Chay Soy Sauce. It's vegetarian soy sauce.
