Maybe you didn't blot out enough of the ...Bong,<br />Maybe you didn't blot out enough of the water so the flour couldn't stick? If you look at my fried tofu with tomato sauce recipe, I show steps on how to blot out the excess water and there's a photo of what the tofu looks like coated in flour.
