Turned out quite delicious though I had doubled the sauce because I had more chicken and I think it made it too runny. All caps! :)<br /><br />It does take a bit longer when you take the meat straight from the fridge since it has to get to the room temperature temperature and go from there. I always keep my rack in the center.
